Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for Two Customer Service Representative guns to join our award winning team to support our growing Solar customer base, one role within our maintenance sector and the other within our inbound team. Initially, this position will be casual, full-time hours based in our Byron Bay office, but it has the potential to become full-time permanent for the right candidate with endless progression opportunities. As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in resolving technical issues through phone, email, and live chat, using simple and non-technical language Providing guidance to customers on how to maximize savings from solar and battery usage Keeping customers informed about the progress of their solar installations Coordinating maintenance efforts and updating customers accordingly Improving our knowledge base to ensure continuous enhancement Collaborating with our outstanding Sales team by keeping them informed about customer issues This position reports to the Customer Service Team Manager. You must have: Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office (Salesforce experience an added bonus) If you possess the following qualities, we would love to hear from you: Availability between 8am and 6pm on weekdays (rotating roster) A passion for problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction The ability to commute to our Byron Bay HQ in the vibrant Industrial Estate A task-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve goals Tech-savviness An aspiration to build a career in the Energy industry with practical experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excitement about joining an established and growth driven start-up with a genuine mission to save the future by enabling long-term, cost-saving renewable energy solutions for homeowners.
