We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service, take pride in your appearance workplace and will demonstrate exceptional communication skills to our members and guests.Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;General cleaning duties as required.Providing Bar service to the Gaming teamPoker machine maintenance and drink service;Working as a Keno Operator and Cashier;Cash handling duties and;Resolving Gaming Floor enquiries;To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;RSA and RCG qualifications;Must be available to work nights shifts finishing at 6am;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;High standard of personal grooming;A history of accurate cash handling is essential;Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous and;Previous Gaming experience would be highly regarded.Why work for Panthers?Work within a supportive team who prides ourselves on giving back to our employees!Enjoy a 40% discount at any Panthers owned food outletsEnjoy a 20% discount on Panthers merchandiseReward and recognition programsLearning, development and career growth opportunitiesEnjoy staff get-togethers and much more!You will be punctual, have a strong work ethic and a positive and happy attitude to work.
