It is a very busy role with lots of variety and your typical day will include;Meeting and greeting patients and visitorsManaging and directing a high volume of callsFeedback management and triaging inquiriesLiaising with Doctors, key Nursing and Patient Support staffAssisting with general administrationQualificationsWhat do you need to succeed?Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Outstanding customer service skills which you have gained through some kind of reception/admin/customer service roleCommon sense and the ability to remain calm in heightened situationsWarm and friendly natureStrong computer literacy and IT skillsHigh attention to detailFull working rights in AustraliaWhat should you enjoy?Being the face of the business on our front desk.Providing exceptional patient care whether its in person, via email or our busy switchboardAdditional InformationSo why Genea Newcastle and why this role?Our staff tell us it is the people they work with that makes them stay, the Genea family.
