Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and decision-makers. Analyse market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic sales decisions and adapt approaches. Drive the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification through bidding, proposal submission, and contract closure. Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and client engagements to enhance brand presence and business networks. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
