Our programs are flexible and structured so students can learn online, on-campus and in the field.About the roleAs the Program Coordinator for Nursing, you''ll lead the delivery of high-quality VET programs that equip students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead in the design and development of nursing curriculum and trained teaching staff.Introduce innovative teaching approaches to improve student engagement and outcomes.Act as a key link between education providers, healthcare partners, and regulatory authorities.Manage resources and day-to-day operations of the Diploma of Nursing program across Broome, Sydney, and Fremantle campuses.Build strong relationships with local communities and served as the main contact for academic staff.Oversee the planning and delivery of all VET Nursing qualifications to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with Enrolled Nurse Accreditation Standards (ENAS) and the VET Quality Framework.Provide expert guidance on VET nursing programs, ensuring consistency and quality across all campuses.Support course validation and moderation processes as a subject matter expert.Qualifications, skills & experienceA minimum of a tertiary qualification in Nursing with relevant experience in industry relevant to your qualification.Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with no conditions or undertakings related to performance or behaviour.A TAE40112 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be willing to complete as part of their employment.Demonstrated experience of working within of the current standards of RTO requirements.Advanced understanding of VET delivery and RTO compliance and funding requirements and an understanding of the Australian training environment including Training Packages and reporting requirements.Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues in the VET sector.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to convey information with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated operational and project management capabilities, adept at analysing complex issues,formulating actionable solutions, and successfully overseeing multiple concurrent projects frominitiation to completion.Highly effective organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of adapting toshifting priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and successfully managing multiple complex projects andtasks simultaneously.Experience in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant applications for creating training materials, managing records, and reporting.BenefitsEmployee Family Study Discounts for further education at Notre DameRewarding Work: Make a lasting impact on students careers and healthcare outcomes.Remote Allowance experience life in one of Australias most beautiful and culturally rich locations.
