Those with a genuine interest in fitness, gymnastics and aquatics will thrive in this fast-paced and exciting position as you assist customers with their general enquiries, organise memberships, take bookings and promote the programs and services on offer.What will my time look like?Provide expert and friendly service at reception, over the phone and in all written correspondenceProcess new memberships and promote information on the facility, classes and other general enquiriesMake bookings and process paymentsPerform open and close procedures, cash reconciliations and banking dutiesAm I a good match?Previous experience in a similar roleAvailability to work a range of morning, afternoons and alternating SaturdaysDemonstrated ability to perform a range of administrative duties, including data and word processing, filing and photocopying, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with POS systems and MS suiteA National Police Check is essential prior to commencing in the roleWhats in it for you?Achieving our community support and inspiring young people motivates and thrives us to work hard and be the best at what we do.
