The role provides strategic support to the community development leadership team, contributing directly to improved outcomes that will enhance the lives of some of Australias most remote First Nations Peoples. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Community Development Site Managers across several locations. Meet service delivery guidelines and reporting requirements to the National Indigenous Australians Agency and GM of Community Services. Support and manage community-based CDP programs and finances. Collaborate with participants and community members for support strategies and timely responses. About You Relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services. Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience. Proven ability to manage a budget; experience with federally funded programs is advantageous. Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework. Ethical integrity in community development service delivery. Note: This position is based in the Darwin Support Office. Travel to remote Indigenous communities, including overnight stays, will be required.
