To continue this success, we are seeking a couple of Customer Relations Specialists to join the team at our Customer Relations Centre in Dandenong.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone and internet enquiries in a highly professional and engaging mannerSupporting our cars and truck dealerships by fulfilling requests, clarifying desired information, completing bookings and appointments and forwarding requestsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issuesIdentify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate managerUpdate relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately using multiple computer software systemsAssist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs.This non-customer-facing role would suit a genuine team player with a ''can-do'' customer-centric attitudean ambassador for all brands under the Patterson Cheney banner.Skills & ExperienceAutomotive experience is not essential; ideally, you will have a background in sales or customer service; in-house training providedPersonable, helpful and bright phone mannerAbility to quickly build rapport with customersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow standard operating procedures and policiesAbility to problem solve (every phone call is different)Competency in the use of computer systems and programsUltimately, you will have a desire to exceed customer expectations (must have a genuine interest in people)Our Amazing Benefits.Base salary plus performance incentivesFull-time rotating roaster between 7.30-5.30.Part-time hours are also available 3-4 days per weekHybrid flexible working arrangements -once trainedFantastic work environment designed a supportive manager with the team front of mindOn-site parking and close to public transportExtensive training, development and supportCareer growth opportunities throughout the groupAccess to group dealership discountsJob security with a strong and growing independent privately owned businessEmployee Assistance ProgramSo why not come and work for the best at Patterson Cheneys Customer Relations Centre?How do I apply?Please attach a resume that will be directed to the Talent Acquisition Specialist.The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check.Why join the Patterson Cheney Group?Patterson Cheney Group currently has over 800 employees.
