To qualify, you should possess: Proven track record in leading teams to deliver measurable outcomes in Sugar Milling and/or Heavy Industrial settings. Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Mechanical Trade, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of industrial maintenance practices. General Responsibilities Supervise crews, managing daily personnel activities as needed. Provide clear directions and ensure tasks are completed effectively. Support, coach, and develop employees. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties to facilitate efficient maintenance and capital work execution throughout the Factory.
