This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to develop their skills in both developing people leadership whilst still remaining exceptionally hands on with clients.Looking after a small group of 360 consultants, covering areas across Dev, Engineering, Product and Marketing it will be more about your understanding of how to harness a successful recruitment team. Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both clients and candidates continue.JDP are all about doing things differently; we embrace creativity, immerse ourselves in the digital community, opt for no bulls*ugar recruitment and reward our awesome people.
