Reporting to the Finance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:Accounts Receivable Role:Maintain CashflowDaily Bank Reconciliation of Bank account & processing of receiptsClient Invoicing and StatementsDaily InvoicingClient Status ReportsData processingMaintain client relationshipsLiaison with customers to ensure timely collectionsObtain Purchase Order / Letter of Intent from clientsAttend weekly Job MeetingCollect and issue Progress ClaimsIssue Client Contracts, Works Agreements and administrationNew Customer company searchesMaintain financial information and notes to all jobsJob costing and financial reporting to Directors, Finance Manager and Project ManagersAdhoc reports as requested by the Directors, Finance Manager and Project ManagersMaintain Security Deposits, Bank Guarantees and Cash RetentionsAccounts Payable Role:Process and reconcile all company credit card transactionsEntering of all accounts payable invoicesObtaining approval for all invoice that cannot be reconciled against a purchase order.Scheduling of and processing supplier paymentsReview of entered Purchase Orders to ensure a value has been noted or a cost limitMaintaining spreadsheet for all company properties and utilitiesMaintaining spreadsheet for all company vehicle fuel expenses and tollsAssist with the preparation of BAS reportingReviewing of procedure suitability and updating when necessaryPayroll:Process weekly payrollWork cover correspondence and processingMonthly reporting, processing and payments of Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Workcover, Child Support, and any other related payroll compliance.Weekly and monthly reporting of payroll related reconciliationsWeekly/monthly adhoc reporting for the Finance ManagerObtain approval of and process GL invoicesComplete monthly Labour Analysis reportUpload payments to bankPrepare employment contracts and onboarding documentsCalculate termination paysOther:Adhere to core values and conduct all business in a polite, positive and professional mannerDemonstrable ability to work within a team environmentMaintain the level of administrative support provided to the operational team, including Directors, Project Managers and Finance ManagerThe accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of maintaining accounting records within your scope of workOrdering of office consumables as requiredWe require the successful candidate to have minimum 2 years experience, the most important requirement is a good attitude. The successful person must be friendly, thorough, professional and able to interact in a positive manner at all times with our customers, suppliers and fellow staff members. With experience in a ''stand alone'' position you will be able to hit the ground running.
