Enjoy permanent, full-time work with early starts (between 12am3am) and early finishes plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 . What you''ll be doing As a key member of our essential services team, youll: Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle Work safely on commercial & industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment Complete daily safety checks and paperwork Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Why youll love working here Supportive team culture that makes early starts easier Modern, well-maintained vehicles that youll be proud to drive Safety-first environment where your wellbeing comes first No long-haul trips stay local and sleep in your own bed Play a part in a cleaner, greener future for your community What youll bring Current HR licence with a good driving record Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance A positive attitude and pride in your work Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Ready to drive change?
