About the role: We are currently seeking Doctor Workflow Coordinators to join our National Coordination Hub team. This is a key support role focused on optimising the daily workflows of medical practitioners. You''ll play a crucial part in ensuring doctors have the right resources, schedules, and systems in place to deliver high-quality care while maintaining efficiency and a great client experience. This full-time position (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week) includes a comprehensive, tailored training program to ensure youre equipped for success from day one. This role is based in Sydney . Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate doctor schedules, including in-clinic hours, health monitoring appointments, and on-call arrangements. Monitor workflow performance, supporting 80% utilisation of doctor calendars. Reduce scheduling and booking errors to less than 5%. Support the operations team in ensuring timely determinations within 24 hours. Assist with resource planning in line with budget and operational needs. Oversee credentialling and compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements (AHPRA, RSHQ, RIW). Train new staff and doctors on workflow processes and provide ongoing support. About you: Certificate IV in Medical Administration (desirable but not essential). Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in EMRs, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
