These are great roles for experienced and patient care focused individuals who are wanting to achieve work-life balance and a dynamic career in Healthcare.As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:Performing a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsManage the collection of excesses/co paymentsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryEnsuring efficient functioning of our AdministrationAs a Ward Clerk your responsibilities will include:Greet all customersHandle enquires with a friendly and professional mannerManage clerical and administrative responsibilities such as prostheses billingMaintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical recordsAssist nursing staff with indirect patient care under the supervision of Nurse ManagersDemonstrated experience in administrative tasks with customer focused approach to service deliveryProven flexibility and reliabilityProven effective communication and liaison skillsDemonstrated written communication skillsInitiative and ability to problem solveDemonstrated ability to work within a team structure in a multi-disciplinary environment, treats everyone with courtesy and respect, respond positively to requests for assistanceAbility to use patient information and record systems and a commitment to patient confidentialityStrong computer skills and willingness to learn and use patient management systems and databasesAbout us...Lady Davidson Private Hospital is one of the largest private dedicated rehabilitation hospitals in Australia affiliated as a teaching hospital with Sydney and Macquarie Universities.
