Our goal is to transform businesses, and we do that by bringing state-of-the-art solutions in both technology and management practices.About the roleDevelop, test, and maintain software applications to meet client requirements.Assist in software design activities, including feasibility assessments and recommendations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system and program needs.Create basic operational procedures and end-user documentation.Participate in Agile development processes and version control practices.About you (key skills and competencies)Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.Basic proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, or Java.Familiarity with SQL and database modelling concepts.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to learn Agile methodology and version control tools.Enthusiasm for continuous learning and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.Application processIt consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews.Online testThe test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning and logical analysis, as well as business case questions.Video QuestionsVisagio will ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined questions as a part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside resume and university transcript as a part of our screening process.Online / In-person interviewsSuccessful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants. Approved candidates typically start soon after the recruitment process is finished.TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers.
