What youll do: As our Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the store. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the daily operations, ensuring the store is visually stunning, managing inventory, and optimizing product displays. Leading and motivating our amazing sales team, creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing environment. Delivering operational excellence with strong stock management and merchandising experience. Problem-solving like a pro, resolving challenges, and making quick, effective decisions. Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and your team. Meeting and delivering business objectives.
