Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role is central to ensuring our diverse portfoliospanning Complementary Medicines, Cosmetics, and Beautymeets evolving regulatory and quality standards. Youll drive strategic compliance initiatives, guide a high-performing team, and partner with stakeholders to balance commercial ambition with regulatory responsibility. If you thrive on translating complexity into clarity and leading through change, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.Key Accountabilities:Lead the Regulatory and Quality team which includes mentoring team members to meet the commercial deliverables.Set team objectives, carry out performance appraisals and support development plans.Team budget setting, monitoring and approval.Oversight of the Regulatory and Quality compliance framework and processes to ensure adherence to Complementary Medicines (Listed) medicines, Cosmetics and Beauty regulatory and quality requirements (TGA, ACCC, AICIS, FSANZ).Develop and execute Regulatory and Quality compliance strategy.Monitor industry best practice, trends, and changes to regulations to identify impact to company operations and/or opportunities for improvement.Escalate risks/issues and/or communicate to the Executive Team and/or Board when required.Business Partner to commercial stakeholders to support risk-based decisions while maintaining compliance.Lead product emergency response / crisis management / recall.Educate staff on compliance obligations relevant to their role.About You:To be considered for this role, you should:Understanding of obligations in Regulatory and Quality in Health products or formulated beauty (GMP environment).Experience with team leadership and development.Excellent cross-functional relationship management and influencing skills.Strategic vision, critical thinking and decision making skills.Extensive commercial acumen.Ability to translate complex guidance into simple communication.Risk analysis and management.Experience in an FMCG environment.Ready to make an impact?
