The Common Area Cleaner position involves servicing, cleaning, and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the resort.As a Common Area Cleaner, you will work on a roster between the hours of 3:00am and 8:00pm, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.Key Responsibilities Include:Cleaning and maintaining all common guest areas to the highest standards.Ensuring all areas are hygienic and visually appealing.Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.Hourly rates (excluding superannuation):Full time:Monday - Friday: $24.10 per hourSaturday: $30.13 per hourSunday: $36.15 per hourCasual:Monday - Friday: $30.23 per hourSaturday: $36.15 per hourSunday: $42.18 per hourQualificationsSuccessful candidates will have:Previous experience in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Good physical fitness to perform the duties required.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
