The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team!About the role:Our Dealership in Sutherland has a unique and rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Subaru Team.The role is responsible for developing new strategies to support the growth of the brands and manage the financial performance of the department.Responsibilities:Overall management of the Subaru Sales DepartmentLeading the Subaru Sales TeamEnsuring that Sales Process is followed and efficientMaintaining the upmost employee and client relationshipAchieving manufacturer and internal sales targets + CSI requirementsAbout you:Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry essentialProven track record & ability to meet Sales Targets, Manufacturer targets and CSI BenchmarksPrevious experience managing a sales teamAbility to deliver exceptional customer service and communication every timeExcellent negotiation and closing skillsExcellent management skills and an approachable management styleA sound understanding of the financial aspects of the role;Reliable, honest, highly motivated and well presented.Current NSW Drivers LicenseAbility to build strong relationshipsAvailability to work on Saturdays & Sundays - 11 day rosterIn return we will offer you:Paid Birthday Leave!
