Within the role, you will provide excellence in customer service and maintain a high standard of administration for Monde Nissin Australia.Please note this is a part-time, 6-month fixed term opportunity, working 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).Provide assistance to the National Sales Operations & Customer Service Customer Service team as required.Receive and process daily orders.Competency & an ability to learn ERP software such as Pronto or alike.Provide efficient and accurate processing of orders and credits in a timely mannerLiaise with customers on any information required including discrepancies with orders and product and delivery information.Assist customers with product enquiries and obtain information as requested.Knowledge of product descriptions and availability.Orders entered within 1 hour of receipt.
