Champion the customer-centric ethos of Alice Hospitality Supplies by delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who visits our store.Ensure that our stores are consistently open and welcoming, ready for customers to shop.Manage stock movement effectively to minimize shrinkage and maximize sales opportunities.Organize and maintain the shop floor, including setting up for promotions and sales, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment.Collaborate closely with the store leadership team to achieve performance objectives related to key retail indicators (Sales, People, Audit & Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Wages).Uphold high standards of store presentation by keeping both the shop floor and stockroom neat and orderly.Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to articulate product features and benefits to customers.Assist customers by recommending, selecting, and locating products that meet their needs and desires.Oversee shifts as required, including opening and closing the store, handling cash, and ensuring store security.Provide effective leadership on shift days, ensuring all team members receive the necessary feedback, support, and training, and report back to the store leadership team as needed.Support the store leadership team by executing assigned tasks in alignment with business and departmental objectives.What We Are Looking For:A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.Prior experience in operational supervision within a retail environment is highly desirable.A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks to provide excellent service to customers.An energetic, enthusiastic approach to store operations, coupled with a personable demeanor when interacting with customers.About CompanyAlice Hospitality Supplies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
