Core Workplace Objectives Support the Head of School by assisting with key administrative tasks. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines. Work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive commitment to the Indie School Program. Workplace Tasks & Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Head of School. Enter data into Student Management System - Sentral (training provided), including processing enrollments and issuing reports. Maintain student records, manage determinations and payments, oversee enrollment functions, control stock, audit enrollment and student records, and manage coursework files. Manage stock supplies required for students. Handle mail, data entry, record keeping, copying, and retrieval of documents. Handle correspondence, including confidential communication, to assist the Head of School. Scan and file student coursework and general office documents. Provide a full range of secretarial services. Applicant Requirements Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and database management. Essential Checks Before Starting Current Drivers license. Reliable vehicle (registered and insured).
