World class governance is our aspiration, and we are looking for high quality candidates that bring experience in risk and governance expertise.You Will Be Responsible For The Following Key AreasRisk ManagementLead the development and maintenance of a robust and mature risk and control environment that adapts to the evolving needs of stakeholders and the services provided.Support the design and uplift of risk and governance policies to ensure alignment with best practices and organisational objectives.Secretariat & AccountabilityProvide critical support to the Secretariat and Accountability teams, which includes the Office of Accountability, in identifying and addressing the control environment, and also the training and development needs of the Boards and senior stakeholders.Coordinate a broad variety of targeted learning initiatives based on priorities set by our Boards and Executives, ensuring board members are well-equipped to fulfill their governance responsibilities effectively.This role is available as a permanent opportunity.About YouExperience in risk management in a highly regulated environment.An understanding of how to identify, assess and escalate risks.Strong attention to detail and good time management skills with the flexibility to rearrange priorities to meet changing short-term and long-term needs.Demonstrated analytical, research and problem-solving skills including the ability to synthesise and summarise complex issues.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and discretion in handling matters of a sensitive and confidential nature.Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative, and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate, and influence a broad range of people in a corporate environment.About UsOur 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
