About This RoleOur Belconnen clinic is seeking an Office Manager to join the team, assisting across all four Canberra clinics as requiredThe role is a full-time position working Monday to FridayRole Overview:As an Office Manager, you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc.Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that rotate around the Canberra clinicsOversee a team of 2 to 3 medical receptionists on shift at any one time, ensuring coverage and workflow efficiencyManage the clinic''s daily appointment schedule and clerical staff rosteringManage the clinic''s daily banking and other financial applications and requirementsWork closely with the Regional Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist/sWhat we''re looking for: People management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position. A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
