Aurora is an EEO employer that welcomes applications from people who have a disability, are LGBTIQA+, and people of culturally diverse backgrounds.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role is to providing administrative and operational support, enabling the DCEO and the HoPP to focus on core business and program matters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProactively manage the DCEO and the HoPP calendars by organising meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing supporting material and attending to all other details.Act as a point of telephone contact for external stakeholders, appropriately screening and prioritising contact, and providing a conduit of information to the DCEO and the HoPPAct as a contact point for internal stakeholders to arrange meetings as requested.Manage the DCEOs and HoPPs email correspondence, prioritising/directing incoming correspondence as appropriate and drafting and/or sending responses as appropriate.Prepare emails, correspondence, meeting agendas, presentations, documents, spreadsheets and meeting minutes.Manage logistics for on-site meetings involving the DCEO or the HoPP o Provide secretarial support to Trusts and committees, including calendar management, preparation of meeting papers, minute taking and proofreading.Manage all electronic and hard copy records as required for the DCEOs and the HoPPs responsibilities.Maintain accurate stakeholder contact information and keep the CRM up to date.Manage the DCEOs and the HoPPs expenses and reimbursements and credit card reconciliations.Support the DCEO and the HoPPs in the delivery of operational and strategic projects.If Perth-based, manage WA office facilities and supplies in collaboration with the corporate services team.Distribute the WA team IT equipment requirements in collaboration with the corporate services team.Support employee onboarding, offboarding and WHS processes for the WA office in collaboration with the corporate services team.Why youll love working with us:Work with Purpose: Be part of a mission that matters, transforming lives and communities by empowering future Indigenous leaders through education and opportunity.Grow and Thrive: Enjoy comprehensive development opportunities, including paid training, access to LinkedIn Learning, accredited courses, and an educational allowance.
