This full-time, permanent role will manage a variety of capital works and building infrastructure projects, including upgrades, refurbishments, and compliance-driven works across commercial and industrial facilities. Projects are primarily local, within a 100km radius.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects from initial scoping through to completion and handoverCoordinate consultants and contractors to ensure project milestones, safety, and compliance standards are metManage budgets, timelines, and quality assurance across your portfolioPrepare project reports, manage documentation, and maintain client communicationEnsure work aligns with OH&S, risk management, and environmental standardsWhat Youll BringProven experience delivering construction or building services projectsStrong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skillsGood understanding of safety, QA, risk, and compliance obligationsFinancial management skills including forecasting, cost control, and reportingOrganised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentQualifications & Preferred ExperienceEssential:Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related disciplineConstruction White CardProficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office suiteDesirable:Trade background (e.g. Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry)Cert IV in OHS or equivalent experienceMembership with AIPM, AIQS, Engineers Australia, or similarApply NowIf you''re a results-driven Project Manager looking to grow your career with a reputable organisation, wed love to hear from you.Apply today or visit apac.bgis.comto explore more career opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
