Kappa Executive Search is working with a highly regarded architecture and interiors studio known for their refined, residential-focused design ethos. With a growing portfolio of bespoke homes, boutique multi-residential, and hospitality interiors, this studio is now seeking a talented and detail-driven Interior Designer to join their collaborative Sydney-based team.The RoleAs a Mid-Level Interior Designer, youll take an active role in delivering design-led projects from early concept through to construction. Responsibilities include:Collaborating with Directors and senior designers to shape thoughtful and functional interior spacesTranslating client briefs into innovative, buildable design solutionsLiaising directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers across all phasesAttending site meetings and assisting with construction administrationSupporting and mentoring junior team members while maintaining a high standard of design integrityWhat Youll NeedMinimum 4 years'' post-graduate experience in interior designExperience working on high-end residential, multi-res, or boutique hospitality projectsProficiency in AutoCAD (Revit also valued); strong skills in documentation and detailingExcellent knowledge of materials, joinery, and Australian standardsTertiary qualifications in Interior DesignAbility to manage time effectively across multiple projectsA design-driven mindset and passion for interiors that are both refined and functionalWhy Join?This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
