Add expected salary to your profile for insightsEilbeck Cranes is a family owned crane manufacturing and servicing company which has expanded nationally, is 100% Australian owned, and has been operating for over 115 years.Australia''s leading Overhead Crane and Hoist Manufacturing CompanyGrowing and Fast Paced OrganizationChallenging and Rewarding RoleEilbeck Cranes is looking for an Office Administrator to join our Manufacturing team in Truganina!About the Job:As an Office Administrator, responsibilities are varied.You are required to assist the efficient operation of the office and perform various tasks.Assist the Workshop Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing workshop.From time to time, you will be required to perform all duties, so you will need to be familiar with the tasks of other staff in the office.Answer telephone calls in the absence of the Receptionist and deal with calls appropriately.Organize accommodation and travel arrangements for EC staff as required.Maintain a proper filing system.Close all job files when complete and scan documents.Assist in the preparation of manuals, photocopying, etc.Manage creditors, debtors, and all invoices.Process and complete paperwork for inductions.Assist in preparing timesheets for wage staff.Interact with and assist other employees as needed.Maintain documentation related to OHSEQ procedures, records, and registers to ensure ISO9001, ISO 14001, and 4801 standards compliance.Update and monitor Training Matrix and Quality Management System (QMS) for all employees.Liaise with clients, customers, and suppliers.Attend to customer administration needs.Comply with Eilbeck Cranes safety standards.Work within EC QA procedures and complete required documentation.Be available for flexible working hours.Complete paperwork accurately and thoroughly.Adhere to EC policies and safety manual.Encourage creativity and continuous improvement.Perform any other duties as required.About YOU:Clear and concise phone manner, strong communication skills, and customer service focus.Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role is advantageous.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Demonstrate initiative with planning and problem-solving abilities.Dynamic, professional, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic.Take this opportunity to join a growth-focused, developing company.If the above describes YOU, then please apply.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company focused on growth and development, and to be part of Australia''s No.1 Crane company!How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have experience using Microsoft Word?How many years'' experience do you have as an office administrator?Do you have previous invoicing experience?Which statement best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in administration?Which Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate)?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, 101-1,000 employeesA 100% privately owned Australian company, Eilbeck Cranes has thrived despite competition from multinational companies.
