The ideal candidate will manage the client administration of the firm, be the first point of contact for our clients at reception, provide excellent customer service, and have a team member that reports to them.Reporting directly to the Partners, your duties will include, but are not limited toProvide first point of contact reception services to clients; including:Meet and greet clients, answer and transfer phone calls, book client appointments in the staff calendars.Assist with credit card payments, prepare daily banking, update the system.Reconcile overnight bank transactions to the correct client debtors and expense accounts.Send monthly debtor statements, contact clients for overdue payments.Raise creditors and organise batch payments.Manage the administration assistant and provide daily work to be performed.Monitor and clear the administration email account.Reconcile and clear the Trust bank account daily.Process tax assessments, prepare cover letters.Prepare engagement letters, perform ID verification of new clients, prepare ethical letters.Update ASIC registers with changes in company details, send annual statements, monitor payments and provide client reminders.About the applicantExtensive work experience in a professional setting.Experience in managing debtors and creditors.Advanced Microsoft Office skills and abilities.Sound knowledge of business and financial principles and practices.Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team.Xero experience preferable, but not essential.We look forward to hearing from you.Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted, and your application will be treated confidentially.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a Client Relationship Manager?
