This role will be responsible for supporting our Project Management division with the BD Rowa product portfolio into retail pharmacy environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing dispensary and retail workflows that incorporate the BD Rowa solution including initial workflows sketches and final installation drawings used for the implementation of the solution. You will draft bespoke design briefs based on workflow analysis and customer requirements and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives and a smooth implementation process.The role is ideally suited to a motivated individual who enjoys problem solving, displays exemplary customer service, has excellent design skills and a focus on continual process improvement. The role offers the opportunity to work with market leading automation and robotic equipment in hospitals and pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand, delivering projects that improve the delivery and quality of healthcare in the region.Key Responsibilities:Working with Project Management team to manage the administrative work required to achieve the program/project''s objectives.Support project and sales team by designing workflow concepts incorporating Rowa product portfolio.Support project team by designing final installation design for the Rowa product implementation.Design workflow concept options to demonstrate optimised workflow efficiencies by integrating Rowa product portfolioPresent workflow concepts and adapt concepts by incorporating customer feedbackDisplay strong communication skills collaborating with Project Management team, customers, and other project stakeholders.Maintain an effective relationship with internal and external project stakeholders.Ensure centralised project reporting and tracking systems are kept updated and dashboard reports are regularly circulated for stakeholder review.Consistently meeting deadlines through quality administrative skills.Track project activities, risks and outstanding actions to engage project stakeholders as required.Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting or similar preferred, qualification in Project Management considered desirableExcellent software skills - Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative and/or similar 3D graphics and presentation software (AutoCAD is essential)3+ years of professional design experience with excellent 3D graphic skills, concept design and presentation skillsTeam player equipped with a growth mindset, able to operate in a highly motivated & open feedback environmentPositive, reliable, trustworthy, hands on and proactive personalityHighly organized with strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational/ self-organisational skillsExcellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting prioritiesStrong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to think in a creative mannerAbility to analyse customers existing workflows and design solutions with problem solving skillsExperience designing pharmacies and retail will be looked upon favourablySelf-starter; able to work alongside various Project Managers within the Project Management OfficeClick on apply if this sounds like you!Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
