Our mindset fosters innovation and helps us build strong, lasting customer relationships as we aim to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx) that are accurate, considered, and timely.Drive and influence sourcing strategies that deliver benefits to the enterprise (Contract Management).Support supplier contract activities, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and due diligence.Manage and monitor contracts to ensure strategies are in place before expiry.Review expenditure proactively through analysis of cost structures, market indicators, and expenditure opportunities.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers, providing sound commercial advice and sourcing solutions.Identify and implement continuous improvements in sourcing processes, ensuring risk and compliance are managed.Day-to-Day ExpectationsExperience in Procurement and Supply Chain Sourcing.Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, capable of navigating complex environments.Implement operational improvements.Utilise data and quantitative analysis.Demonstrate a track record of adding value in high-performing environments.Candidate RequirementsAt least 3+ years experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Sourcing roles.A Business/Commercial degree, Procurement diploma, or equivalent.Experience in procurement, contract management, or related environments.Understanding of Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Negotiation models.Experience with end-to-end sourcing and contract management.Proven ability to identify and deliver cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.Strong communication skills and supply base management experience.Our Commitment to DiversityWe believe a diverse and inclusive workplace is essential for success.
