The role involves converting sales inquiries and servicing renewing customers through exceptional customer experiences, while achieving sales targets/KPIs. Working in a fast-paced call centre, you will experience a structured environment that requires agility and the ability to work under pressure.This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Your shifts could be: 8.00 am 4.00 pm, 12.00 pm 8.00 pm, etc. Full availability within these hours is required. If you''re ready to join a supportive and forward-moving team, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Responding to high volumes of inbound calls from NRMA insurance customers regarding inquiries, purchases, amendments, or cancellations of policies.Handling Insurance and NRMA Membership Products (Car Insurance, Home Insurance, CTP, and Roadside Assistance).Meeting KPIs and compliance standards.Desired Skills and Experience:Resilient, customer-centric, and comfortable assisting with questions, concerns, and complaints.Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer literacy and navigation skills.Ability to work independently and be self-reliant.Flexibility to work from both the office and home, with a suitable home setup including high-speed internet and a private workspace.Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.Positive, flexible attitude and team-oriented mindset.Willingness to learn; training will be provided.Start date: 10th July 2025. Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 8 pm (shifts of 8 hours). Rosters released 3-4 weeks in advance. Paid onboarding and training. Police and credit checks are required. The role is hybrid, working both remotely and from Wollongong office within a 40-minute radius.
