The Role We are looking for our next Personal Banking Consultant superstars to join our energetic Contact Centre team. Engage with members via our contact centre and face-to-face to assist with inquiries such as internet banking, transfers, account openings, term deposits, visa card support, and more. Provide technical assistance for MOVE Banks mobile app, digital wallets, and internet banking. Conduct quality conversations to understand members savings, insurance, and lending needs. Recommend products using needs-based selling techniques. Help your team achieve high performance while enjoying the process. The Person To be considered, you need at least 2 years of contact centre or banking experience, and: Australian permanent resident A positive attitude to assist members with their financial needs Energy and passion for tailoring solutions to meet individual needs Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn Tier 2 accreditation Benefits of the Role Up to $10K annually for personal and professional development through AIM Access.
