This role supports critical decision-making across Mirvac by managing the flow of information and coordinating all aspects of Board and Board Committee meetings, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.Your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end Board and Committee meeting logistics, including forward planning, agenda drafting, diary coordination, paper collation, Director travel, and presenter scheduling.Drafting reports, presentations, shell minutes and other documents for the Group and Deputy Group Company Secretaries.Ensuring the smooth running of agenda items during meetings, coordinating presenter attendance, AV requirements, catering, tracking actions and maintaining records.Driving consistency and operational efficiency through ongoing process improvement, digital tools and AI platforms.Delivering polished, professional and accurate support to our Boards and Secretariat team.Your point of differenceWith demonstrated success in a similar role at a mid-large publicly listed company with 3-5 years experience, you liaise professionally and confidently with Non-executive Directors and senior executives, and expertly coordinate diaries.Youre highly organised, diligent, and skilled in managing competing priorities whilst also maintaining strong attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.A strong communicator with well-developed business writing skills, you use excellent time management and planning abilities to all areas of your role to drive quality outcomes and operational efficiency.Youre tech-savvy with advanced skills in using the MS Office suite.
