Do you have experience in leading programs that impact a positive workplace culture and drives organisational capability?Lead the delivery of workplace projects including workforce planning and talent managementCollaborate with business units to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of organisational development programsFlexible and hybrid working options availableAbout the roleThe Organisational Development Projects Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of organisational development programs including performance development, engagement and culture and integrating psychological safety initiatives as part of a broader mental health program. It will also lead the development and implementation of youth employment and engagement programs and diversity and inclusion framework.This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.To be successful in this role, you will have:degree qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or Business Management or significant contemporary experience in a similar role combing with ongoing professional developmentsignificant experience working in an organisational development roledemonstrated ability to lead people projects of varying complexity through their lifecycle to delivery scope within time, cost and quality constraintsproven effectiveness in coaching and developing capability of staff and managers, by fostering a performance based and employee experience focused work culturesound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creative and achieve business organisational development solutionsdemonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence, persuade or negotiate outcomes that add value to the organisationproven ability to access and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organisation to achieve quality outcomes that support business strategy.To view our position description which provides more information for you to learn more about this role please click the Apply button.Other important informationThe commencing salary for this position is up to $97,632.15 per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $113,125.55 on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 11.5% superannuation.We have a temporary full-time role availableThis role will be able to access a 9 day fortnightWe are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsiteThis role is located at the Wyong Administration BuildingCouncil may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.At Central Coast Council we provide team members with a range of extras that help them balance their life when they need it.
