If you enjoy using your expertise to add value, then read onAbout the RoleIn this exciting role, youll work with impact across Barwon Water, being a key partner on a range of audits and compliance initiatives and improvements. Youll own risk management activities, providing regular updates of the risk register, the integrated management system, and reporting on audit findings to Senior Leaders, including the Executive.Empowered with a broad remit, youll support and manage the regular audit cycle, including the preparation of committees and annual accreditation reports. Applying your knowledge of best practice risk frameworks, youll build a culture of capability in line with strategic goals and build trust in the organisation''s activities.Working with key stakeholders across the business, youll ensure a consistent approach to auditing and reporting on compliance breaches. Youll present insights to complex challenges as you deliver on policy and procedural obligations.This is a 12-month position to cover a period of parental leave and is engaged via a 3rd party agency.About YouA risk champion, you promote high capability through outcomes, motivating and enabling others to deliver our organisational strategy.As the Risk and Compliance Business Partner, you are naturally inquisitive and highly collaborative.
