We are looking for a professional with either a Bachelor of Education or an experienced Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education. This is a full-time position, with flexible working arrangements negotiable, located near Campbellton.Your Mission:We seek a dynamic and adaptable leader with strong staff and center management expertise. As Centre Director, you will lead, observe and mentor educators and staff, ensuring the service operates in compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.Your key responsibilities will include: Provide vision and direction to the center, ensuring high-quality education and care. Lead and mentor educators, fostering professional growth and a positive team culture. Ensure the center meets National Quality Standards (NQS) and complies with all legal regulations. Maintain policies, procedures, and safety protocols to create a secure and nurturing environment. Support educators in child-led learning that fosters creativity, independence, and holistic development Build strong relationships with families, maintaining open communication and engagement. Create partnerships with the community to enhance learning experiences and center reputation. Manage center budgets, resources, and enrolments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
