Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive support and deep business understanding. Provide strategic, commercially-minded advice as a trusted business advisor beyond compliance. Manage client portfolios and deliver timely, accurate, and value-driven business advisory outcomes. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support client growth and firm development. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing internal processes, systems, and service delivery.What You''ll Bring to the Table: Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or a related field 5+ years experience in business advisory Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff in a supportive, collaborative environment. Strong technical knowledge across accounting standards, tax compliance and advisory services. Commercially minded with a focus on delivering practical, value-adding client solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
