Dcor offers a newly designed, purpose-built office environment and a supportive, high-performing culture where your ideas and contributions will shape the next chapter of an iconic Australian brand.About The RoleThe Global Senior Product Manager In Home will lead the strategic development, innovation, and lifecycle management of new and existing products across international markets. This role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class products by overseeing the global brand planning process, executing end-to-end new product development (NPD), and collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, finance, and commercial partners.You will manage the full Stage Gate process, build robust business cases, drive product performance, and influence key stakeholders to deliver innovation and growth across the In Home category.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and execution-focused product leader to step into a high-impact role with global reach.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global brand and product strategy across the In Home category.Manage end-to-end NPD from concept through to market launch using the Stage Gate process.Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer insights to drive product development.Collaborate with regional and international teams to align strategies with local market needs.Build cost models and business cases to support pricing, margin, and financial targets.Monitor product performance post-launch and make strategic recommendations.Present updates to internal stakeholders and buyers, including senior leadership.Influence and align cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and market readiness.Be onsite two days a week to support collaboration and accelerate decision-About YouYou are an experienced product manager with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering customer-first innovation.
