Join a team that values curiosity, creativity, and a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of patients.The positionAs a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will:Identify and develop commercial partnerships to support business objectives, while managing ongoing relationships to achieve intended outcomes and return on investment (ROI) post-contract.Collaborate within the Business Development & Partnerships team and cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships align with business needs, converting objectives into viable partnership opportunities.Evaluate and select potential partners through proactive scouting and inquiries, conducting risk assessments and compatibility scans, while leading engagement processes to design mutually beneficial partnership models.Plan and execute negotiation strategies, developing financial and economic models to underpin agreements in coordination with Legal, Ethics, and Compliance (LEC) to ensure contracts reflect negotiated terms.Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, and addressing challenges through co-developed solutions for continued success.QualificationsA bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, or Science.At least 7 years of professional experience, including stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.Proven ability in project management, business case development, and launch planning.Experience building relationships with healthcare decision-makers.Strong business mind-set, analytical skills, negotiation expertise and excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.Working at Novo NordiskNovo Nordisk is a leading global healthcare company with a 100-year legacy of driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases.
