Job Description

You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our finance team for our multi-million-pound business. Reporting to our finance manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, and using your attention to detail and accuracy, ensure our weekly and monthly tasks are completed by the necessary deadlines.This will involve:Having a multi-tasking approach to monitor large volumes of incoming emails, accurately process high volumes of purchase invoices, send them to correct budget holders for authorization, match invoices to Goods Received Notes, and investigate differences. All this will be done using our finance system SAP.Creating new supplier accounts and completing credit application forms.Supporting other team members and developing good working relationships within the team.Building effective relationships with internal and external customers to handle incoming calls and queries effectively and efficiently.The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. However, part-time hours would be considered for the right applicant. Please apply to discuss flexibility.You should be IT literate, as you will be working with various systems. High attention to detail, self-organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines are essential.
