Its goal is to position Toyota as the brand of choice for guests throughout the entire product lifecycle and beyond, while supporting sales volume, market share, and profitability objectives.The Events & Promotions Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Toyota''s marketing events and promotional initiatives, aiming to strengthen brand and product appeal and contribute to sales volume, market share, and profitability targets.This role is in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.How you''ll make an impactExecute established events and promotions systems, processes, and procedures in alignment with approved policies to support the achievement of National Sales & Marketing objectives.Support the development of events and promotions processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and maximise the effectiveness of all activities.Provide end-to-end support for marketing events, managing timelines, approvals, and budgets, and assisting corrective actions when needed to ensure high-quality execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and optimal return on investment.Manage budgeting and reporting systems to deliver accurate, timely information that supports effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business.Assist in the evaluation and selection of agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery at optimal cost and support ongoing supplier relationship management.Your attributes - If you''ve got one or more, we''d love to hear from you!Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceProven experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing events, activations, campaigns, and sponsorshipsDemonstrated experience in project and event coordinationA strong understanding of automotive products and the Australian automotive market is highly desirableMake your impossible, possible & apply today!
