This role involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.The role partners with the Finance Business Partner to deliver the monthly management reporting, process improvements and commercial insights for SEEK across the APAC region.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver reporting to the business, including clear interpretation of actual results, communication of drivers and implications for future financial performance.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and accounting treatment of costsConduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports to the business, including interpretation of actual results, communication of drivers and implications for future financial performance.Deliver strong financial controls and record financial results in-line with SEEK Group accounting policies and IFRS while ensuringcompliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Supervise, guide and mentor junior team members QualificationsCA / CPA designation or equivalentKnowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.Experience in preparation and accountability for business unit P&Ls and balance sheets with strong analytical, problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to interpret and communicate commercial insights to decision makersAn ability to manage large volumes of information and manipulate this through advanced Excel skills and data visualisation toolsExperience in coaching and guiding junior accountants within a teamAdditional InformationAt SEEK we offer:Annual Performance Bonus PlanSupport of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.Paid and unpaid leave benefits including Personal Flexi Days and Volunteer Days, as well as the opportunity to purchase additional leaveSupport for parents with 14 weeks paid primary carers leave and 2 weeks paid leave for partnersSEEK is committed to operating sustainably, certified carbon neutral for its business operations (through Climate Active), purchasing renewable energy for our office and working-from-home emissions and a target for net zero by 2030.The opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per financial yearAt SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
