Add expected salary to your profile for insightsHealthcare Australia (HCA) is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nursing staff, aged/disability care workers and medical specialist placements in Australia with operations in every state and territory.As an Allocations Coordinatorin our business you will have the important role to:Efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails from our healthcare clients to help them fill evening and overnight shifts (i.e a Nursing Manager within a hospital) - ensuring satisfaction and a seamless placement process through effective communication and customer serviceContact our amazing nursing candidates placing them into these evening/overnight shifts often a short noticeEnsure this process follows our required compliance (which we will train you on!) and follows all legal and statutory requirementsThis role works an early shift 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday - so it''s important you''re comfortable working and commuting to our CBD location at this time (lots of nearby parking options available).
