In this role, you''ll lead projects that support carbon management, climate risk identification and disclosure, and scenario analysis aligned with AASB S2. Youll take responsibility for coordinating projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes, while also contributing directly to the development of carbon footprints, climate risk assessments, transition plans, and reporting content.The role is full-time (or at least 30 hours per week), with flexible working arrangements and strong team support. Youll work closely with consultants and senior leaders to shape and implement carbon reduction strategies for leading organisations across Australia.Key responsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, and client communicationsContribute directly to the delivery of project content (e.g. emissions inventories, climate risk assessments, transition plans, and climate-related disclosures)Facilitate and support climate risk and opportunity workshopsCoordinate task allocation and monitor progress across project team members and external contributorsEngage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored climate and carbon solutionsDraft and review written deliverables such as reports, dashboards, and presentation materialsSupport scenario analysis and data interpretation aligned with AASB S2Work collaboratively with consultants to ensure consistency, quality, and timely deliveryProvide guidance to our consultants and manage task-specific team members where neededTake ownership of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered to a high standardIdentify opportunities for process improvement and business development, and contribute to refining internal delivery approachesEssential qualifications and experienceWe welcome candidates who may not tick every box but have the right mindset, passion, and foundation.
