Matters will range from workplace disputes and industrial relations to compliance and advisory work, with occasional high-value employee matters. 8-10+ years PQE in Employment Law, ideally within a well-regarded firm. A portable practice of $250K+ to ensure a balanced workflow. Proven experience advising private businesses on a full spectrum of employment matters. Strong leadership capabilities with a desire to take charge of and grow a team. A stable career history (no frequent job changes).
