Blaze your own trail from40+ hotel brands, restaurants, nightclubs, spas, co-working spaces, and tech start-ups.Job DescriptionWorking alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for:Managing the top accounts for corporate, wholesale, inbound, retail, travel agent and MICE sectors.Supported by a close-knit team you will work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to assist in developing a strategic approach to ensure the acquisition of major business and partnership opportunities to achieve total hotel revenue targets.You will be responsible for managing proactive sales, and will work closely with the Conference and Event Sales team to drive conferencing business for both the Hotel and Pumphouse Sydney.You will be required to stay up to date with key market information and trends, and use this to leverage current and new business.In addition to managing the Hotels key accounts, you will also be expected to develop low-producing accounts to ideally convert them into key accounts for the Hotel.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will haveDemonstrated sales in experience in a hotel environment.You will have the natural ability to source, develop and manage new business leads.You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written, and will be a naturally ambitious leader who is always seeking the next business opportunity.You will have an obvious passion for forming ongoing relationships and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Experience and knowledge of Opera and Delphi will be highly regarded.Additional InformationWhats in it for youAn opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way and experience Benefits Your Way at AccorCareer mobility opportunities within our International Hotel GroupGlobal perks in hotels and Accor partnersFun, supportive, and collaborative working environmentOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
