This practice is seeking a talented MidSenior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team and take on a key role across an exciting mix of high-profile interior projects.This opportunity is ideal for a passionate designer looking to step into a collaborative, design-focused environment where theyll have real ownership across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to documentation and delivery.The RoleLead the development of innovative interiors across multi-residential, mixed-use, hotel, workplace, hospitality, and public sector projectsTranslate architectural concepts into rich, human-centric interiorsPrepare strong client-facing presentations, visualisations, and finishes boardsEngage with consultants, suppliers, and clients to drive outstanding design outcomesCoordinate project documentation using Revit, and contribute through tender and construction phasesEnsure design quality through adherence to internal systems and building codesWhat Youll Need57 years of post-graduate experience in interior designTertiary qualifications in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureConfident presenter with proven experience managing client and stakeholder relationshipsStrong graphic design and concept communication skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, SketchUp)Advanced Revit proficiencyDeep interest in finishes, materials, and supplier networksExperience coordinating design through to tender and deliveryA collaborative mindset, critical thinking, and a proactive approachWillingness to work closely with architectural teams to deliver cohesive outcomesWhy Join?This is a practice that genuinely invests in its people.
