Your extensive knowledge of large mining hydraulic excavators and off-highway trucks will enable you to be successful in this customer facing role.Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:Technical Knowledge - Trusted to provide holistic technical advice on machine and electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components for Hitachi''s range of large mining trucks and excavators. In depth understanding of failure analysis principles and the ability to relay this to the customer is essentialSafety Commitment - Proactive awareness and total commitment to Hitachi''s number one priority - always exercising a high standard of precaution and duty of care to yourself and for others around you.
