Our success depends on hiring talented people guided by shared values who exceed customer expectations.Job Title: Clinical Services ManagerReporting To: Director, Sales ManagerOverview: The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) will collaborate with the Territory Manager, Customer Care team, and Market Access team to meet the clinical and commercial needs within their territory. The role involves increasing referrals, supporting patients on the product, and conducting Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) Program calls to gather consented data from customers.Responsibilities:Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and sell the Omnipod Insulin Management System to providers and patients through various educational sessions, aiming to increase Omnipod adoption and positioning it as a first-choice alternative to MDI.Work with the Territory Manager to achieve or exceed sales targets for the territory.Manage patient trainings in clinics and conduct training sessions based on business needs and timing.Implement sales and marketing plans at the territory level in collaboration with the TM.Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and Inside Sales to meet sales goals.Explain patient pathways to access Omnipod via private and subscription options.Support and participate in events such as pump clinics, support groups, informational sessions, in-office educational events, and vendor days.Build loyalty and trust with Target Accounts, new and existing accounts, and diabetes marketplace partners through meaningful clinical education and value-based discussions, recording calls in Salesforce.Provide product demonstrations to patients both in person and virtually.Assist with product training and certification for healthcare professionals as needed.Provide feedback on field training of customers and healthcare professionals to the TM and SLT.Conduct PRO Program calls to gather consent and PRO data, ensuring forms are completed and stored in Salesforce.Perform administrative duties such as stock ordering and event planning with Marketing.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Current professional credentials such as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Nurse (RN), or related scientific specialties are mandatory.At least 2 years of industry or commercial experience preferred.Professional presentation skills and strong oral and written communication skills.Self-motivated, flexible, with good business acumen.Established credibility and contacts within the diabetes community.Proficiency with computers.Physical Requirements:Valid drivers license required; residence within the assigned geographic area.Regular travel within the region by car; overnight travel (2-3 days per month) may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
